Market Support & Fulfillment Manager
The core purpose of the Market Support and Fulfillment Manager is to support both local and corporate staff regarding online fulfillment and implementation of all online advertising initiatives. The Market Support and Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for developing processes and procedures to meet the growing needs of the Online Advertising Team and its products. This position will assist in the development of a collection of resources including online training materials, proposals and presentations for the local markets and corporate staff to utilize at Adams Outdoor Adverting and Fairway Outdoor Advertising.
Manage the online fulfillment process and be the expert resource.
Work with Online Partners and Staff to develop efficient processes for online order fulfillment.
Provide training to Sales Assistants or designated contact in the local markets on the online fulfillment process.
Assist the Corporate Managers and local markets in troubleshooting issues.
Become an expert in the Online products and systems that are utilized for online services.
Serve as backup to local markets in the absence or vacancy of the designated market support person.
Keep the library of online training documents, presentations and case studies up to date, relevant and available for market access.
Develop efficient internal processes as the Online Advertising product and systems grow.
Assist in the development of Online Training sessions and materials.
Develop collateral materials that maintain the brand guidelines established by AOA and FOA.
Anticipate and monitor the needs of the local markets to ensure processes are established and efficient.
Must be comfortable executing corporate and local training sessions in person and via webinar.
Work in tandem with the Corporate Online Managers and Director; support them when needed.
Collaborate with third party partners and develop strong rapport with those contacts.
Travel to other markets to present and train online products.
Process internal requests for proposal data, site statistics and campaign metrics.
Meet the needs of both internal and external customers promptly.
Performs other duties as needed in support of the Online Advertising Team’s strategic development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
Strong digital analytical skills and ability to utilize digital metrics to increase effectiveness of campaigns, promotions and advertising.
Must be organized, self-managed, self-motivated, detail and deadline oriented.
Successful online sales record a plus
Microsoft Suite Capabilities
Google AdWords certified
Google Analytics certified Team player
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Must be able to adapt to a changing environment
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in online targeting and campaign experience (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Google AdWords)
Experience working in B2B industries
