RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, organize and control the entire business management and support staff functions of the office.

Works closely with the General Manager in defining policies, procedures and standards.

Performs operational needs analysis, makes recommendations to the General Manager and provides justification for all current and future capital expenditures.

Oversees annual budgeting process.

Monitors the activities and expenses in relation to capital budget.

Oversees P&L activity and prepares monthly variance analysis.

Reviews balance sheet accounts including prepaid, accruals, accounts payables and accounts receivable.

Recruits, hires and monitors performance of departmental staff.

Produces and provides analysis for revenue, rate and occupancy reports.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
Two to five years experience in a supervisory capacity
Excellent organization/management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to interpret financial data
Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables)
